Join us for FREE summer concerts on our beach from 6:00 – 8:00pm featuring local artists “Joni and the Keepers” on Friday\, July 12 (a repertoire that spans genres\, seamlessly flowing from country and folk\, to good old rock n’ roll)\, “Vintage” on Saturday\, August 3 (a local cover band intent on keeping the dance floor busy. Featuring Foo Fighters\, Pearl Jam\, Tom Petty\, Chili Peppers\, the Stones and more!)\, “LouderDaddy” on Thursday\, August 15 (great dance songs from artists like Prince\, Talking Heads\, Earth\, Wind and Fire\, The B52’s and more!) and “Catfish” will play on Saturday\, September 21 (classic rock favorites from the 50’s\, 60’s and 70’s) during the Car Show. Lifeguards will be on duty and the pond and inflatables will be open for swimming until 7:30 PM. Food trucks will be available or feel free to bring your own picnic along with chairs and blankets. DESCRIPTION:Returning for its 3rd act\, Rock at The Y is an annual outdoor benefit concert which helps support many areas of the Riverbrook Regional YMCA’s Mission\, including: camperships\, free swim lessons\, and general Financial Aid/Scholarships for those in Our Communities who need assistance to afford a Y Membership. \nOn 9/9/2023 the sounds of Streetfighter\, a Rolling Stones Tribute Show will fill the Y and surrounding area. Not before Echoes of Sinatra opens the show at 5:30pm. We hope you can attend and support towns of Wilton\, Redding\, and Norwalk\, plus other surrounding communities through this effort. \nFood trucks will be on site and complimentary beverages will be provided.
