DESCRIPTION:Dr. Kristy Vanacore is a holistic licensed family psychologist who recreantly expanded her in-person healing and holistic studies mentorship center in Wilton where she has curated a community-based safe haven for people of all ages and stages to gather in joy. She developed a “rewilding mentoring program” by bringing the health and wellness industry back to its roots to reconnect people with their innate self-healing capacities. \nHer method of healing helps her clients to unlearn the conditioning of fear so they can free themselves from the dependency on practitioners\, pills\, supplements\, and therapies.
