Powerlifting is one of the most well known aspects of strength and conditioning but also one of the most overlooked in terms of technique development. Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift are all staples of strength training and most people have a general understanding of what they are, but do you really know how to do them well?
This program will dive deep into proper set up, body mechanics, mindset and breathing to maximize your performance and minimize your injury potential. You will learn how to optimize the “Big 3” but you will also learn accessory exercises to help stabilize muscles and mobility drills to maximize your range of motion.
The program will begin and end with a testing day to show you how far you can go with the proper coaching and programming.
