Michael Crystal has successfully coached more than 300 executives, board members, military personnel, civic leaders, shop owners and entrepreneurs. He’s facilitated hundreds of team meetings, brainstorming and future-search conferences, and PINNACLE sessions for owners and sole practitioners in more than twenty different industries. He has been an individual contributor, supervisor, manager, leader, advisor, coach, consultant, entrepreneur and intrapreneur. He’s earned degrees in psychology, industrial management and organizational behavior, and graduated from Stanford University’s Advanced Management College. And in 2019 he was honored by Wilton Magazine as one of the town’s 25 Most Influential Citizens and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis’ Who’s Who in America.
